Chuck Frary, C12 Chair – Tristate Area, Evansville Indiana Area

Chuck Frary founded Pave Tech, Inc. in 1984 in Evansville Indiana.  Over a twenty-year period his company grew exponentially by specializing in proprietary asphalt and concrete pavement maintenance technologies.  As a student of the methodologies of Michael Gerber (The E-Myth, E-Myth Mastery) Chuck developed the repeatable and sustainable business processes that allowed him to fulfill his entrepreneurial dream of growing a successful and very profitable construction service company.  In 2002 he sold his company to pursue his passion for serving Christ and other business owners in the marketplace, and joined the C12 team early in 2005 as an associate C12 Area Chair in SW Florida under principal C12 Chair, Don Light.

Today, as the C12 Area Chair for Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and Southern Illinois, Chuck has returned to the marketplace he loves, and where he and his wife Jane raised their family.  Chuck combines his passion for business excellence and his passion for serving Christ to help other business owners as they follow God's call to run their companies in a God-honoring way, and to be all God is calling them to be as dynamic family, business, and community leaders.  

To that end, Chuck lives "In His Grip", taken from Phillipians 3:12: "I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me."  Chuck and his wife, Jane, a nurse practitioner, have four grown children and six grandchildren.  Chuck enjoys golf and fishing.  Jane is an avid runner, and is the family super-glue.
